The Website Designer II will play a key role in designing and implementing high-quality websites that align with our clients' branding and business goals. This position requires a strong background in web design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design visually appealing, responsive websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Develop and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency across all web properties.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Troubleshoot design issues and provide creative solutions.
Assist in mentoring junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of professional web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
